Product and price
Each online order contains one pack of 10 × 500 ml tins of COOK. extra virgin olive oil, totalling 5 litres. Price: €120 per pack, €12 per tin, including taxes. One-time payment, no subscription. Contact us before ordering larger quantities.
Shipping and total
Delivery to Italy, Poland and Germany: €20, total €140. Delivery to the other European countries listed at checkout: €40, total €160. Enter a Stripe delivery address within the selected zone. Request a quote for other destinations. Outside the EU, any import duties and taxes requested by local authorities are not included. We also have a warehouse in Radom, Poland.
Payment and delivery
Payment takes place on Stripe’s secure page. The site does not receive full card details. An order is recorded as paid only after Stripe confirms payment. Delivery takes place without undue delay and, unless expressly agreed otherwise, within 30 days of concluding the contract. For delivery by a specific date, contact us before paying.
Withdrawal and support
To exercise an applicable withdrawal right, email cookwitholiveoil@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods, giving your name and order reference. Return the goods within the following 14 days; the buyer pays direct return costs for a change of mind. The refund includes the price and standard delivery and is made within 14 days of notification, but may be withheld until the goods or proof of return arrive. Statutory exceptions and rights for defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected. Contact us with your order reference for damaged goods or order errors.
