Scope and privacy contact
The personal data controller is Aura Immobiliare SRLS. This notice covers the COOK. website about extra virgin olive oil, recipes and Mediterranean culture. For personal-data enquiries or to exercise your rights, contact cookwitholiveoil@gmail.com.
Data and purposes
When you submit the form, your contact details and request are recorded in AURA’s private workspace to handle your enquiry. The owner receives an email alert. WhatsApp and email remain optional external channels. For questions about your data, use the contacts on this page. For purchases, Stripe collects payment and contact details. We receive the name, email, phone, delivery address, amount and payment reference to manage the order and delivery. We do not receive the full card number.
Legal bases and optional provision
Order data are processed to perform the contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and comply with legal duties (Article 6(1)(c)). Other correspondence and security rely on legitimate interests in responding and protecting the site (Article 6(1)(f)). Delivery information is required to fulfil an order. This site provides no newsletter or profiling.
Retention
Data are retained to handle enquiries, payments, delivery and support, and to meet applicable accounting, tax and legal obligations. The purchase form stores no personal data in the browser. Contact us for details of retention periods.
Recipients and external services
The site uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and protected order storage. Stripe processes payments under its privacy notice (stripe.com/privacy). Information required for delivery is shared with the appointed carrier. Instagram and external sources open when you follow their links. Any transfers outside the EEA are subject to safeguards required by the GDPR.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Write to cookwitholiveoil@gmail.com. You may complain to the Italian Garante (garanteprivacy.it) or the competent authority in the country of your habitual residence, work or alleged infringement.
Traffic privacy
The AURA counter stores visit and page-view totals by website, domain and day. Visit continuity exists only in page memory; reloads and new documents start a new visit. It creates no cookies or visitor identifiers and saves no IP addresses, paths or form contents in the analytics database. You can disable it in the detailed notice; only your preference is saved.
